Liberty Tax in Groton has new owners, Charlie and Debbie Goolcharran. The two have completed their first tax season and continue to offer great customer service to clients. Many of the tax preparers that clients have come to know have also remained with the company. According to Debbie Goolcharran, in addition to individual and small business tax preparation, they also offer tax planning and notary services, and files taxes for all states in their office.
