Stonington

Nov. 7

Kayleigh M. Cabral, 25, of 2 Stillman Ave., Stonington, was charged with breach of peace.

Nov. 8

Kerry Paul Swanson, 57, of 224 Lantern Hill Road, Old Mystic, was charged with disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing minor injury.

Groton

Nov. 4

Devon L. Morris, 21, of 2 Miami Court, Groton, was charged with breach of peace (non-aggressive or threatening), interfering with an officer (non0aggressive) and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana. He was held on $1,000 non-surety bond and a court date was scheduled for Nov. 18.

Joshua R. Chapman, 32, of 59 Depot Road, Groton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and three counts of use of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $15,000 and a court date was scheduled for Nov. 18.

Anjela J. Hopkins, 38, of 301 Buddington Road, Groton, was charged with illegal use of a vehicle while license was suspended and failure to have brake lights or directional. She was held on $250, and a court date was scheduled for Nov. 18.

Nov. 8

Katie Anne White, 23, of 83 Ohio Ave., Groton, was charged with misuse of 911, 1st-degree filing of a false incident report and disorderly conduct. She was held on $1,000 and a court date was scheduled for Nov. 23.

Myrna M. Pratts, 25, of 13 Bishop Lane, Groton, was charged with 2nd-degree reckless endangerment, evading responsibility for damage or injury, and 3rd-degree criminal mischief. She was arrested on a warrant. She was held on Nov. 12 with $2,500.
