    Brendan P. Horgan, 19, of 15 Lindros Lane, Waterford, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle by a minor having elevated blood alcohol and failure to have lights illuminated. He was held on $500 non-surety and a court date of Feb. 19 was scheduled.

    Shannon Ashley Bustillos, 26, of 141 Deerwood Drive, Groton, was charged with disorderly conduct and 3rd-degree assault. She was held on $500 non-surety and a court date of Feb. 6 was scheduled.

    Blondie Serna, 27, of 242 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to carry a license. She was held on $500 non-surety and a court date was scheduled for Feb. 20.

    Matthew J. Baxter, 22, of 30 Braman Road, Waterford, was charged with 3rd-degree larceny and 6th-degree larceny. He was held on $5,000 non-surety and a court date was scheduled for Feb. 20.

    Kendra M. Fernald, 33, of 1121 North Road, Groton, was charged with 6th-degree larceny. She was scheduled a court date for Feb. 20 on a promise to appear.

    Feb. 7

    Matthew Silva, 24, of 54 Michigan Drive, Groton, was charged with 2nd-degree unlawful restraint, breach of peace and cruelty to animals. He turned himself in on a warrant. A court date was scheduled on Feb. 10 on a promise to appear.

    Thomas Clarke, 42, of 2350 Gold Star Highway, Mystic, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, failure to remove ice and snow from a commercial vehicle and inadequate insurance coverage. He was held on $500 surety and a court date was scheduled of Feb. 21.

    Ahmadr Green, 35, of 38 North Road, Groton, was charged with breach of peace, 3rd-degree assault, risk of injury to a child and 2nd-degree threatening. He was held on $1,000 surety and was scheduled a court date for Feb. 10.

    Anthony W. Dixon, 41, of 584 Shennecossett Road, Groton City, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration of license is suspended and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension. He was held on $500 and a court date was scheduled for Feb. 21.

    Daniel S. Gilliam, 25, of 39 Hawthorn Road, Groton, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was held on $500 non-surety and was scheduled a court date of Feb. 10

    Charles J. Cail-Barclay, 21, of 171 Ann Ave., Mystic, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and breach of peace. He was held on $500 and was scheduled a court date of Feb. 10.

    Edward McDougal, 40, of 242 Hartford Ave., Brooklyn, Conn., was charged with 4th-degree larceny shoplifting. He was held on $5,000 surety and was scheduled a court date of Feb. 21.

    Matthew J. Kessler, 47, of 173 Route 12, Groton, was charged with improper use of a marker, license or registration, illegal operation under suspension, operating an unregistered vehicle and failure to carry a license. He was held on $1,000 non-surety and a court date was scheduled for Feb. 21.

    Raul Melendez-Cruz, 42, of 43 Ivy Court, Groton, was charged with disorderly conduct, 3rd-degree assault and two counts of risk of injury to a child. He was held on $5,000 and was scheduled a court date of Feb. 10.

    Angela Y. Driver, 47, of 173 Route 12, Groton, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer. She was scheduled for court on Feb. 25 on a promise to appear.

    Rebecca Driver, 19, of 173 Route 12, Groton, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer. She was scheduled for court on Feb. 25 on a promise to appear.

    Robert A. Griffin, 42, of 976 Route 32, Uncasville, was charged with conspiracy to commit 6th-degree larceny. He was held on $500 cash or surety and scheduled a court date of Feb. 26.

    Leza D. Carboni, 41, of 22 Edgewood Ave., Waterford, was charged with conspiracy to commit 6th-degree larceny. She was held on $500 cash or surety and scheduled a court date of Feb. 26.

    James L. Sanchezz, 45, of 6 Michael Lane, Ledyard, was charged with conspiracy to commit 6th-degree larceny. He was held on $500 cash or surety and scheduled a court date of Feb. 26.

    Ryan Papadopoulos, 27, of 314 Laurel Hill Drive, Norwich, was charged with breach of peace and 2nd-degree threatening. He was held on $500 non-surety and given a court date of Feb. 25.

    Kelly A. Rathbun, 43, of 116 Cossoduck Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged with operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol. She was held on $500 non-surety and given a court date of Feb. 27.

    Kevin Lee Daniel, 40, of New London, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs; failure to drive right; possession of marijuana, less than one-half ounce; failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration; and failure to have the minimum insurance coverage following an accident on Liberty Street at about 10:30 p.m. There were no injuries as the result of the crash.

    Feb. 13

    Sean P. Donahue, 51, of Coveside Lane, Stonington, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and interfering with an officer/non-assaultive.
