Stonington

Feb. 19

Steven M. Burgess, 24, of New London, was charged with two counts of failure to appear in court and several motor vehicle violations.

Jennifer L. Maccione, 41, of 32 William St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to drive right.

Feb. 20

Randy French, 36, of Stafford Springs, was charged with third-degree assault: causing minor injuries or intent to cause minor injuries.

Michael S. Douton, 38, of Oakdale, was charged with third-degree larceny and criminal mischief.

Feb. 21

Jamal Frederico Perez, of 25 Hillside Road, Groton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance: non-narcotic/hallucinogenic, less than 4 ounces, failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration, and failure to have tail lamps.

Feb. 23

Laura C. Gallicchio, 18, of Pheasant Run, Old Mystic, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, possession of alcohol as a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carly Ann Meiner, 35, of 63 Pond Drive, North Stonington, was charged with breach of peace.

Groton

Feb. 14

Reinaldo, Lopez, 42, of 470 Route 184, Groton, was charged with violation of probation, failure to appear, operation of a motor vehicle when license or registration is suspended, failure to obey a control signal and interference with a police officer.

Anita A. Longo, 29, of 4 Fitch Ave., Groton, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear.

Feb. 15

Alexis R. Melendez, 22, of 80 Maple Drive, New London, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to obey a control signal, operation of a motor vehicle when license or registration is suspended, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to maintain a lane on a multi-lane highway. She was held on $1,000 non-surety and a court date was scheduled for Feb. 28.

Ronald A. Whitfield Jr., 21, of 28 Merchant’s St., Norwich, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operation of a motor vehicle when license or registration is suspended, failure to maintain a lane on a multi-lane highway and failure to drive at a reasonable distance. He was held on $1,000 non-surety and a court date was scheduled for Feb. 28.

Feb. 18

Felecia DaSilva, 26, of 13 Aetna St., Central Falls, R.I., was charged with prostitution. She was sentenced to court under a promise to appear.

Christina S. Rugbeer, 25, of 33 Crown Knoll Court, Groton, was charged with 3rd-degree assault, breach of peace and 2nd-degree reckless endangerment. She was held on $1,000 and sent to court the next day.

Jessica L. Monohan, 35, of 29 Blueberry Hill Road, Groton, was charged with two counts of 1st degree failure to appear and three counts of 2nd-degree failure to appear. She was held on a total of $100,000.

Julie A. Perry, 35, of 119 Squire St., New London, was charged with 3rd-degree stalking, 3rd-degree criminal trespass and 2nd degree harassment. She was held on $25,000 and went to court later that day.

Feb. 19

Joanna May Cowden, 26, of 156 Dartmouth Drive, Mystic, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, making an improper turn, and operation of a motor vehicle when license or registration is suspended. She was assigned a court date of May 4 under a promise to appear.

Feb. 23

Erin E. Dunning, 36, of 6 Norman Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol. She was held on $500 non-surety and given a court date of March 7.

Randy R. Labette, 32l of 37 Wyngate Circle, Mystic, was charged with 3rd-degree larceny. She was held on a court set amount of $25,000, and went to court the next day.

Beverly J. Schwartz, 31, of 889 Main St., West Warwick, R.I., was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and improper use of high beams. She was held on $500 non-surety and given a court date of March 7.
