    Stonington

    Oct. 21

    Adrian A. Negron, 22, of Sterling, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of third-degree larceny, and criminal mischief.

    Oct. 22

    Remi Rokosa, 23, of 388 Shumankanuk Hill Road, Charlestown, R.I., was charged with criminal mischief, second-degree burglary, and breach of peace.

    Oct. 24

    A couple was charged after an incident at a West Broad Street establishment. Christina M. Wagner, 25, and Justin C. Brown, 30, both of 45 Batterson Ave., Apt. A., Westerly, were charged with third-degree assault: injury or intent to cause injury and breach of peace. Brown was later charged on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

    Oct. 25

    Dilia Dias, 45, of 39 Water St., Apt. 1, Stonington, was charged with disorderly conduct: no fighting, threatening or obstruction.

    Oct. 26

    Kevin Francis Patrick, 47, of 31 Chicago Ave., Groton, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when license is refused/suspended.

    Oct. 27

    Michael Daniel Galvin, 36, of 77 Depot St., South Easton, Mass., was charged with breach of peace: fight/cause/capable of causing major injury and interfering with an officer: non-assaultive.

    Oct. 28

    Zachary Modderno-Napoli, 23, of 13 School St., Mystic, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia for less than half an ounce of marijuana, and speeding.

    Robert S. Hemsley Jr., 51, of 256 Flanders Road, East Lyme, was charged with operating or towing an unregistered vehicle, and failing to carry the minimum required insurance.

    John Casey Banks, 23, of 98 West Broad St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was arrested on a warrant for three counts of violation of probation or conditional discharge.

    Oct. 29

    Michael Charles Lorello, 37, of Providence, R.I., was arrested on a warrant for fifth-degree larceny and three counts of third-degree forgery.

    Nov. 1

    Kevin M. Rebein, 43, of 3 Maxson Road, Groton, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, failure to display/return/improper use/obstruction/damage of license, and insurance coverage fails to meet minimum requirements.

    Jessica A. Sauer, 34, of 27 Saundra Drive, Westerly, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements and failure to register motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration.

    Gregory A. Pawelzyk, 46, of 181 Capstan Ave., Groton, was charged with insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, improper use of marker, registration or license, and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Nov. 2

    Michelle W. Kannas, 32, of 6 Deer Ridge Road, Stonington, was charged with fight/cause/capable of causing MI.

    Nathan S. Kannas, 35, of 6 Deer Ridge Road, Stonington, was charged with fight/cause/capable of causing MI.

    Stephen A. Payne, 45, of 4 Pigeon Hill Road, Hopkinton, R.I., was charged with failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration, operation of motor vehicle in violation of license classification, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements and improper use of marker, registration or license.

    Groton

    Oct. 21

    Marc A. Casasanta, 38, of 15 Sunset Road, Winthrop Ave., Mass., was taken into custody on a fugitive arrest without a warrant. He was held on $100,000 cash or surety and a court date was scheduled for Oct. 22.

    Victor Encarnacion III, 26, of #7 Kamaha St., Groton City, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without inspection, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and failure to carry a license. He was held on $2,500 nonsurety and a court date was scheduled for Nov. 5.

    Brian Heller, 22, of 872 North Road, Groton, was charged with non-aggressive interference with an officer. He was held on $2,500 nonsurety and a court date was scheduled for Nov. 5.

    Oct. 22

    Matthew N. Perry, 23, of 12 Utica Drive, Groton, was charged with fifth degree and sixth degree Larceny. He was held on $2,500 nonsurety and a court date was scheduled for Nov. 5.

    Oct. 23

    Wanda R. Grayer, 52, of 10E Baltic St., Norwich, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was held on $500 surety and a court date was scheduled for the next day.

    Oct. 26

    Donald Ford, 55, of 15 Jeffrey Manor Drive, Oakdale, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, and a non-student with drugs near a school. He was held on $25,000 and a court date was scheduled for Nov. 8.

    Samuel V. Johnson, 22, of 71 North Road, Groton, was charged with sixth degree larceny. He was scheduled for a court date of Nov. 8 under a promise to appear.

    Jeffrey J. Mumford, 30, of 269 Route 163, Uncasville, was charged with reckless driving of a motor vehicle (over 85 mph), first degree reckless endangerment, engaging in police pursuit and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension. He was held on $25,000 and a court date scheduled for Nov 8.

    Andrew R. Shelton, 25, of 163 Buckeye Road, Groton, was charged with disorderly conduct, third degree assault and second degree unlawful restraining.

    Oct. 27

    Jennifer A. Apes, 42, of 171 Indigo Road, Mystic, was charged with third degree assault. She was held on $5,000 nonsurety and a court date was scheduled for the next day.

    Connor G. Fehner, 21, of 175 Whalehead Road, Gales Ferry, was charged with possession of less than 4-ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession with intent to sell. He was held on $500 surety and went to court that same day.

    Oct. 29

    Janice L. Pagano, 42, of 9 Maxson Road, Groton, was charged with shoplifting and interference with an officer, non-threatening. She was held on $2,500 non-surety bond and a court date of Nov. 12 was scheduled.

    Oct. 30

    Nicholas D. Aldrich, 21, of 354 Pendleton Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to maintain a lane on a multi-lane highway. He was held on $500 non-surety bond and a court date was scheduled for Nov. 11.

    Oct. 31

    Jalena B. Samuel, 42, of 127 Hempstead St., New London, was charged with 6th-degree larceny. She was arrested on a warrant. She was held on $5,000 cash or surety and a court date was set for the following day.

    Sneha K. Patel, 23, of 470 Gold Star Highway, Groton, was charged with 5th-degree larceny. She was held on a $2,500 non-surety bond and a court date was scheduled for Nov. 11.

    Nov. 2

    Jacquelinnes G. Lopez-Garcia, 25, of 43 Bank St., New London, was charged with 6th-degree larceny and breach of peace. Non-assaultive or threatening. She was held on $500 non-surety bond and a court date of Nov. 15 was scheduled.

    Nov. 3

    Roberto Aguirre, 39, of 50 Nathan Hale Road, Groton City, was charged with operating and unregistered vehicle, failure to have minimum insurance, illegal operation of a vehicle while license is suspended. For those offenses he was held on $500 and a court date was scheduled for the following day. He was also charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear and was held on an additional $25,000.
